Who are CCL property services?
The Claremont Centre has been family owned since 1990 and has been home to many different businesses over the past 33 years. The building was originally the home of Coats Thread, the world’s largest producer of cotton thread and from this building thread was dispatched worldwide. Our centre is 120,000 square feet.
We pride ourselves on creating a community of supportive businesses with a real focus on community.
